1. General Definitions

• Deposits are processed in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
• Deposits are credited almost instantly with no processing fee.
• Players must deposit using their own payment method only. Deposits from a third party's payment method are not permitted.

4. Withdrawal Policy

When a player requests a withdrawal, free3000 will process the transfer after verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on circumstances
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method the player used to deposit.
• We do not allow bypassing the deposit/withdrawal method matching check.

4.1 Withdrawals Involving Bonus Funds

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must first be met — see the bonus section below for details. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited and only the remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 VIP Cashback

With free3000's three VIP tiers, players can earn weekly cashback—

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

Players can move up VIP tiers based on their gaming history and activity.

6. Game Rules

Regarding gameplay, free3000's game engine uses Random Number Generation (RNG), so game results are fair. Players may not dispute any outcome on those grounds.

6.1 Game Interference

If a player is found to have interrupted a game session in order to obtain funds unfairly, we reserve the right to void their winnings and close their account.

6.2 Software Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game, free3000 reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from that error. In such cases, only the player's deposited funds will be returned.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on free3000—

• Using a VPN or proxy to hide your country of play
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Using any method to predict game win/loss outcomes in advance
• Creating deposit/withdrawal patterns that raise suspicion of money laundering
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses and attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement
• Opening more than one account as a single player
• Submitting false personal information

If any of these violations are found, the player's account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
